So gratton has a new weird way to eat hot dogs. This morning he had David make him a hot dog on a bun with honey on it. And he liked it! What a weird kid
In my book The immune system recovery plan, it says, " You should choose food based on how it will affect your cells, not just based on calories." Crap. Apparently, this means I should eat an apple because of its anti-inflammatory nutrients like quercetin, and avoid things like cookies which have lots of sugar and fat, which can create inflammation. David and I are having a baby! We are due on February 6th, so I am fifteen weeks right now. In five weeks we find out if it is a boy or a girl, I can't wait. Then he got bored of the fish and wanted to figure out how the food machine worked. People would come use the machine, and he would show them how it worked. Or how he thought it worked! Then we went to see the sinks, and that was fun. There was a little museum with animals (stuff...
